        We store your data for 90 calendar days from the date of recording, except in cases where there is reason to believe that a crime or other illegal action has been recorded, or an internal investigation has been started – in such cases, we retain the data until the investigation and/or case is concluded.
      3. For contract formation and execution purposes: It is our obligation to fulfill your orders/inquiries addressed to us. Therefore, in order to establish and maintain legal relationships with us, as well as to process, administer, and execute your orders, we need to process your personal data. The data you provide is processed for the purpose of receiving the order and providing an offer, and contact data is used to communicate with you if there are any questions or to resolve issues related to the provision of our services or other contract-related matters.
        For this purpose, we process the following personal data: first name, last name, job title, email address, phone number, name and business/registration location of the company you represent, content of the inquiry, date and time of contact, communication information.

        For this purpose, we may provide or transfer your data to: legal, consulting, or other service providers.
        We store your data for 90 calendar days from the date of recording. If a contract is concluded for the provision of services based on your inquiry, we will retain your personal data for the duration of the contract and for one year after its termination. In cases where there is reason to believe that a crime or other illegal action has been recorded, or an internal investigation has been started, your data will be retained until the corresponding investigation and/or case is concluded.

When determining data retention periods, we refer to the Lithuanian Chief Archivist’s order of March 9, 2011, regarding the approval of the general document retention schedule (Order No. V-100).

      4. To request the deletion of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
      5. To request the deletion of personal data if it is processed unlawfully, or when you withdraw your consent for data processing, or if you did not provide such consent when it was necessary;
      6. To object to the processing of your personal data or to withdraw previously given consent;

If you lawfully withdraw your consent, we will immediately, but no later than 30 calendar days, cease processing your personal data, except in cases specified in Section 12.2 of this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, i.e., when we are legally obligated to continue processing your data due to legal obligations, court decisions, or mandatory instructions from authorities.
    6. If we refuse to comply with your request, we will clearly indicate the reason for such refusal.
    7. If you disagree with our actions or response to your request, you may file a complaint with the competent national authority.

    1. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on the website. In the event of significant changes and/or if necessary, we will notify you about them. The new Privacy Policy terms may also be presented on the website, and you may need to read and accept them in order to continue using the website and/or our services.
